SEW-Eurodrive have developed a range of stainless steel gear units to prevent corrosion that resuls from intensive cleaning and permanently wet enviroments that typically exist in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
These units use high quality stainless steel that is highly resistant against acids and alkalis and are available in in two styles, the helical RES37 and the helical-bevel KES37.
